Auto accident & personal injury · Littleton, CO
After a crash: a thorough evaluation, co‑managed with an MD.
Every auto accident case I see is co-managed with a medical doctor, so your care is coordinated and documented, not handled by one provider working in isolation.
If you have MedPay on your own auto policy, it usually covers your care, and attorney liens are accepted. You can register and get started before your insurance details are sorted out.

Delayed symptoms
Feeling fine right after a crash doesn’t mean you weren’t hurt.
Delayed onset is a well-established pattern after motor vehicle collisions. Symptoms typically appear within two weeks, which is why being told to wait and see can leave people unsure whether anything is wrong.
If you were in a crash recently and you’re starting to notice pain or stiffness that wasn’t there before, that’s worth having evaluated.
Already a month or two in? You haven’t missed your chance.
It’s common to spend a month or two managing with over-the-counter medication, stretching and home remedies before looking for care. Arriving later doesn’t mean the window has closed.
Who pays
Cost is usually not the barrier people fear.
Most people worry about how their care will be paid for. In most auto accident cases, it’s covered in this order.
First
MedPay
Medical payments coverage on your own auto policy. It’s included unless you signed a form declining it, and that form is easy to sign without realizing what it was. If you have MedPay, it typically covers your care first.
Then
The at-fault driver’s insurance
If you don’t have MedPay, or it runs out, the at-fault driver’s insurance typically picks up the cost of your care.
If you have an attorney
Attorney liens
I accept attorney liens, so care can be paid from the case rather than up front.
Once your coverage is verified, through MedPay or the at-fault driver’s insurance, you have no out-of-pocket responsibility. You don’t need all of this worked out before your first visit. Register, start your evaluation, and the insurance details can be sorted out as you go.
I don’t give legal or settlement advice. Questions about your claim are best answered by your attorney or your insurer.
For patients and referring attorneys
Clinical rigor, not treatment volume.
Accident care here follows the same structure as every other case: a thorough evaluation first, a clear plan, and reassessment at regular points rather than open-ended visits.
- A full examination and X-rays, taken here in the office
- A separate report-of-findings visit with the plan and prognosis
- Co-management with an MD, so care is coordinated and documented
- Treatment in four-week blocks, reassessed before any new plan
Care is based on how you respond, with realistic timelines from the start.
Getting started
Your first two visits
Visit one
A full examination plus X-rays taken here in the office, focused on the areas affected by the crash.
Visit two
Your report of findings: what I found, the treatment plan I’m proposing, the prognosis, and a realistic timeline.
Gentle first, especially after a crash
Treatment starts with instrument adjusting, moves to drop-table adjusting if your body needs more, and uses manual manipulation only when it’s truly necessary. Most visits involve no cracking at all.
4
Weeks
at a time
Reassessed every four weeks. Never open-ended.
Care is scheduled four weeks at a time. At the end of each block I reassess where you are and set a new plan, rather than booking visits indefinitely.
If there’s no meaningful change in your range of motion or symptoms within the first month, chiropractic probably isn’t the answer for you, and I’ll refer you to a specialist.
If muscular weakness turns out to be the main driver, I’ll suggest physical therapy alongside what we’re doing.
Next step
Start now. Sort out insurance later.
New patient registration is online and takes a few minutes, and you don’t need your insurance details worked out first. Once it’s done, you can schedule your first visit yourself in the patient portal, or call 720-583-4686 to schedule.
