INDIBA · Dry needling · Red light · Littleton, CO

For what adjusting alone doesn’t reach.

Three optional therapies, recommended only when they’ll meaningfully speed your recovery. Never added by default.

Your four-week plan stands on its own without any of them. They’re billed separately, and the prices are right here on the page.

Before you wonder

Added only when it helps.

These therapies address what adjusting alone doesn’t reach: soft tissue, muscle tension and recovery. They’re often part of your treatment plan, but only when I think they’ll help, and they’re always an optional addition.

If I recommend one, I’ll tell you why and what I expect it to do. If you’d rather not, that’s fine. We keep working with the adjusting plan, and nothing else about your care changes.

448

kHz

INDIBA radiofrequency

Radiofrequency for the soft tissue adjusting doesn’t reach.

INDIBA is monopolar radiofrequency at a fixed 448 kHz, a form of TECAR therapy. 448 kHz is the most published TECAR frequency in peer-reviewed literature, and INDIBA is widely used in elite sport for recovery.

I use it for sports injuries, plantar fasciitis, knee pain and neuropathy, and also for neck and low back pain.

What it feels like: a warming of the tissue, and sometimes a tingling sensation.

Sessions are $65, or $60 each for three or more. It’s slightly less for a series, since that’s often how INDIBA is used.

Patients searching for INDIBA have told me this is the only place they’ve been able to find it in Colorado. One drives up from Colorado Springs to use it.

Dry needling

Not a fan of needles? Most people barely feel it.

Dry needling releases excessive muscle tension, spasms and trigger points that can keep a problem from settling down.

It’s generally painless. Most of the time it feels like pressure as the needle goes in, if you feel it at all. Rarely, it can be uncomfortable.

If needles make you uneasy, that’s not uncommon and it’s fine. Like everything on this page, it’s optional, and I’ll work without it if you’d rather.

Sessions are $60, or $55 each for three or more.

Red light therapy

Support for tissue healing and recovery.

Red light therapy is used alongside adjusting to support tissue healing and recovery. It’s simple, it’s optional, and I recommend it when it fits what you’re recovering from.

Sessions are $65, or $60 each for three or more.
